Production Line
Our production lines include laboratories, pilot plants and production plants.
Laboratory: a production capacity of kg. Mainly used in the production process optimization and new product development.Pilot plant: 100 liters to 1000 liters of enamel reactor and stainless steel reactor and the implementation of related equipment. Mainly used in the optimization of the product after the pilot in the new product amplification and pilot-scale amplification.
Production workshop: 2,000 liters to 10,000 liters enamel reactor and stainless steel reactor, +120 kg pressure autoclave, -50 ° C refrigeration unit, steam boilers, sewage treatment facilities and other related facilities. Mainly used in mass production companies in the production of products, but also produce customized products.

OEM/ODM
We have partner factories that provide OEM/ODM services for us. These factories have close relationships with us and are all highly qualified, in this case we will strictly supervise the production and control quality, and take quality insurance responsibilities for our customers.
We also provide OEM/ODM services for customers. We welcome our customers to visit and inspect our factory and laboratory and negotiate cooperation with our technical team. -

Our R&D (research and development) center has around 1,000 square meters synthesis and testing laboratory, meets industrial standards, equipped with first class research facilities and powerful technical team.
